Description

Bonded Double Wrap is made from two bonded sheets of SMS polypropylene material allowing dental practitioners to be in compliance with the most stringent sterilization standards for healthcare settings set forth by ANSI/AAMI ST79 and CDC Guidelines. Its edges are ultrasonically bonded together to form a single, two-ply application that provides enhanced safety and increased efficiency and productivity during wrapping and unwrapping. The two sheets are different colors which aids in identifying breaches in the packaging post sterilization and also allows package differentiation by color. Compatible with the most common sterilization cycles, the material is recyclable for reduced waste.

  • Two sheets of wrap are ultrasonically bonded together on two edges so the user can quickly and easily grab one application when wrapping and be assured they are in compliance. Also providing simultaneous aseptic unwrapping.
  • Two different color sheets aids in identifying breaches in the packaging post sterilization and allows differentiation of packages by color, enhancing safety while providing organizational efficiencies.
  • High strength and durability aid in resistance to tears and punctures, protecting contents of the package during storage and transportation.
  • Made of polypropylene, any unused or unsaturated wrap can be recycled as a recycle code of “5”.
  • Compatible with many common sterilization cycles, only one type of wrap is needed for various sterilizers.
  • Product part code and size printed on each sheet provides quickly and easily identification of needed wrap size and what product to reorder.
