Description

Hu-Friedy 清洗消毒器清洗监测条用于监测清洗消毒器中的清洗过程的效率。监测条包含清洗效果测试指示物，可模拟器械在使用后其上面可能存在的血液和组织。在测试过程中，监测条会评估清洗过程的多个变量，包括时间、温度、水冲击、清洗剂浓度和喷臂功能。测试条上的清洗效果测试指示物完全被清除表示清洗过程有效。测试条应每天或在每次装载时与支架 IMS-1200H 搭配使用。

工作原理：
  • 将一次性清洗监测条插入支架中
  • 将支架放入装置中，使测试条朝上：
    • - 对于超声波清洗机： 放在器械顶部，完全被溶液浸没 - 对于清洗消毒器：放入清洗机架子上的篮子内
  • 运行清洗循环
  • 查看清洗监测系统的结果以确定是否需要对清洗过程进行调整
