Any HuFriedyGroup product that fails as a result of material defect or poor workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no charge. HuFriedyGroup cannot be responsible for the performance or replacement of any instrument that has been tampered with, modified, retipped or refitted in any manner.

* All non-HuFriedyGroup items will be returned at office expense.

NOTE: Products with normal wear from usage or are misused are not eligible for warranty replacement.
